As a Designer, I contributed to building a design system used to advertise Compass Concierge throughout various marketing campaigns meant to be translated across different touchpoints.

An early photograph from a Century City mall takeover, from when we launched the first of many Concierge campaigns promoting not only the program, but advertising our real estate clients to the public. This was before we developed how Concierge's look could be distinguishable while still remaining true to Compass's brand.

Compass Concierge is a program designed for real estate agents to attract clients with. It provides a convenient and stress-free approach to selling homes quickly and at a better price. The program assists sellers in optimizing the value of their property by covering the expenses of home improvement services such as staging, flooring, painting, and other related expenses.
As part of a team of designers, I contributed to the development of the design language for the Compass Concierge program. The resulting design toolkit was created to facilitate the creation of regional campaigns while maintaining consistency with the program's messaging and leveraging Compass's brand style. It is designed to be flexible and adaptable to various touchpoints, and was created with the goal of making it easy for anyone to quickly produce their own ad as part of the campaign.
The brackets are composed of 90˚ angles in the same color as the type (usually white for consistency), positioned in two or three corners of the live area, and serve as conceptual graphic devices to frame the content and encourage viewers to envision the ways Concierge can improve their home for sale.
These print ads for the Concierge brand follows the basic format described. Typography can be oriented on the top left or top right corner depending on the background value. These ads are large, leaving ample space for multiple service callouts, while smaller ads would have limited room for graphic elements and copy.
Social assets tell the stories of Concierge transformations while educating Compass's audience on the program. Each template was made to be used as provided, or tailored to tell local stories.

The Spotlight videos highlight a specific property story. They dig into the full transformation through a series of Before / After comparisons, followed by a testimonial. The selected B / A photos should ideally show the space from the same angle for a quick visual comparison paired with a service callout.

The "Quiz" and "Behind the Design" Instagram stories engage audiences while informing them of our services. The "Quiz" prompts the viewers with the question, “How would you Compass Concierge this space?”. "Behind the Design" is a social story template chronicling the renovation journey from inception to the final stages of a completed home.
Compass Creates Studio produced a collection of real-life seller story videos to support agents in promoting Concierge to their circles. We made these videos to come in various versions, including brand and agent CTAs to be effortlessly downloaded and shared on regional social media platforms and agent channels.
